This Mykonos Grand Villa is situated in the south of Mykonos Island, in a quiet, prestigious hill top area above the bay of Super Paradise, world renowned for the wild all day party scene on its “gold” sandy beach with typical wild Mykonian landscape for a background. Furthermore, its location offers our guests easy access to all the other beautiful, southern beaches by car or by taking a scenic ride on a traditional “kaiki” boat. Villa Alkistis has southern orientation leaving it well protected from the northern “meltemi” winds and offers an overview of the Aegean Sea and Naxos Island in the distance. Situated within a gated complex of two Villas in Mykonos, the “Alkistis” is adjacent with the Elea Complex, an almost “identical twin property” owned by the same family and therefore providing guest hosting flexibility and independence.

This elegant villa in Mykonos, built in a traditional Cycladic architectural style, consists of the main house and garden guest house. Upon entrance to the main Villa, there is a spacious living room with dinning area which exits to a pool terrace and a pergola shaded dining area, ideal for lunch or a romantic dinner. A sliding door in the living room, opens up to an additional sitting area with built in sofas, while small hallway leads to a fully equipped large kitchen. Located on this level there is a large master studio en-suite with a built-in double bed. Exiting to the pool terrace and connected to the main villa, the master studio also has its own independent entrance for extra privacy. On the upper level there are two (2) en-suite bedrooms with double beds which exit to a large veranda with a stunning sea view. The garden guest house en-suite with a built-in double bed and kitchenette is located near the pool, ideal for a couple.
